YG-1 releases updated “Indexable Inserts Inch Catalog 2022-2023”

Indexable Insert Inch Catalog(YU-IT23) is now available

YG-1 has released updated “indexable inserts inch catalog 2022-2023”. It includes newly introduced 460 items in total and has been updated as follows.

• TURNING

  • Total of 379 new items
    New 12 negative wiper PWM chip breakers have been added
    367 Turning inserts have been expanded

  • PWM is a double-sided elongation medium wiper insert for the highest productivity and superior chip control. What makes it unique in the world of medium wipers is its ability to produce a surface finish that rivals that of a typical finishing wiper

• PARTING & GROOVING

  • Total of 23 new items :
    New 7 parting & grooving inserts have been added and 16 angled parting inserts have been expanded

• MILLING

  • Total of 46 new items :
    Includes the market leading high feed concept of YG HF4 MILL ENMX 06&09, as well as the first of its kind face mill, YG FM10 MILL PNMU and 35 Milling inserts have been expanded

  • New 7 milling cutters have been added

• DRILLING

  • 12 drilling inserts have been expanded

The catalog will be introduced at the exhibition of YG-1 in September.
