We have been using the HPC end-mills, carbide drills and PCD drills. Since the PCD tools for composite materials have improved the whole manufacturing process, we can keep the best productivity. High performance PCD tools in the automotive part production has dropped processing costs, improved processing conditions and tool life, and made more efficient processing possible. I believe that the performance ofthe mechanical machining process goes together with that of parts.

As the automotive industry requires more complicated technologies, we need solutions to realize more rapid and efficient machining.
