An Interview with Mr. Diego Godoy, Production Leader, Latin America-Brazil, Mold and Die Machining in Stolle Machinery

We use YG-1 tools for almost all processes for our products such as Shrink Fit adaptors, ER Collets, and Indexable inserts for turning as well as YG HF4 MILL ENMX High Feed inserts, taps and Solid Carbide Drills for several types of threads and materials. The most important line for us is High Feed Solid Carbide End Mill X5070 which provides perfect solutions for our core businesses. Due to the characteristics of aluminum processing, it is always hard to achieve the required surface quality. However, the tool’s blue coating generates excellent wear resistance and minimum chipping on edges so that it is able to provide not only outstanding cutting performance but also longer tool life.
