YG-1 launches new 90° shoulder milling,
YG SM3 MILL TPKT with new grade YG612

YG-1 has launched 3-corner 90° shoulder milling designed for various milling applications like facing, slotting, and side milling. The 3-corner positive insert is designed with a high-helix cutting edge to reduce cutting force and provide smooth cutting, the high positive rake angle geometry to provide optimized chip formation and minimized burrs, and the newly designed curved cutting edge to minimize mismatch at step machining. The wide wiper edge provides a better surface finish on the floor of the workpiece.
